Introduction: Dentoalveolar fractures are often found in children due to physical trauma, falls, and motorized accidents. In pediatric patients, there variations age, jaw development, dentition which the primary considerations choosing a dentoalveolar fracture treatment method. This case report aims describe discuss emergency management of soft tissue injuries mandibular with Risdon wiring patients Case report: A 9-year-old female patient complained bleeding from mouth traffic accident. Clinical radiographic examination showed segment tooth region 32-42, stab wounds, lacerations on inferior lip, vestibule, gingiva 32-42. The underwent wound cleaning, suturing, fixation using 36-46.
